We ask that you do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately.

Whenever possible the instructors of Surrendered School of Dance teach using a hands off approach to teaching; however, dance is a physical skill that sometimes needs to be adjusted or corrected by touch. In order to help and facilitate the student’s learning, the teacher may occasionally physically guide a movement by touch. This will be in a professional manner and the intention of the contact will be made clear to the student.
